Fountain Hills’ Political Menace
Fountain Hills unfortunately has a lot in common with the dysfunction of Washington D.C. and it leads directly back to Richard Rutkowski. Through a strange need for control and self-importance, Rich Rutkowski has inserted himself in everything Fountain Hills politics. He creates positions for himself, jumps to any open political post, and uses all tools available to intimidate, manipulate, and control happenings in Fountain Hills.
The Downfall of Rich Rutkowski
Unfortunately, with all his meddling and faux political influence he has been a failure. Rich was forced to step down in disgrace as the former Chairman of the largest Republican District in the state of Arizona. During Rich’s long tenure as Chairman of LD3, the state lost election after election. Conservatives previously held all major posts in the state but under his guidance, conservatives lost the Governorship, two senate seats, the attorney general post, secretary of state, and endless school board seats. But that did not stop Rich; he continues to insert himself in all things conservative while not being a conservative himself. He says one thing in public while deceitfully spinning his webs behind the scenes.
Beware of Rich's Schemes
Now in a final attempt to hold power, he is circulating his own Golden Ticket trying to create a team of Rich clones to do his bidding. This is an alert for the town to know who is pulling the strings and to be very cautious about voting for ANYONE Rick is endorsing and pushing you to vote for. His intentions are not honest or for the best interest of Fountain Hills. They are purely for his benefit and his bottomless need for control.

Rich is running for Precinct Committeeman in the District he was just censured in by the body and shortly he will be running for school board. He should not garner any votes for either. He is not conservative and does not represent your values.
